We loved the location directly on the lake in the centre of this city. Cleanliness was spot on, and the hotel facilities including the pool and towel service were fantastic. We also appreciated the fact that there

Too many people in group tours...horrible breakfast area...poor service in general

The Bedroom was spacious We did not have a balcony but we had a view of the lake. The lady cleaning our room was very sensitive to my wife's need for a perfume free room

The Hotel is not a four star as stated. It is trading on the fact that it is on the lake shore The reception staff at this hotel where rude and dismissive of questions, and were even giving to making facial gestures to each other in front of us. They sat at tables back from the main reception counter and did not stand up or come forward to attend to guests, but remained seated. There general disposition was one of superiority and in no way engendered a positive feeling. Diningroom staff in the morning were very good, as was housekeeping. Tine to shake up old ideas regarding status of Reception at this hotel.

Great Lake Views & Central Location

The hotel location was great, right in the heart of the city with beautiful views of the lake. The hotel was surrounded by multiple ice cream parlours, high-end fashion shops, and a tabac shop. The
